Hezbollah Not Frightened by Zionist Regime’s Threats: Deputy Chief
If it comes to war with the Tel Aviv regime, “we will fight with all our power to eliminate the regime,” Sheikh Naim Qassem said in an interview with the Spanish daily El Mundo.
“Everyone should know that we have no fear of the (Israeli) threats and if Israel seeks to enter a war (with Hezbollah), we will confront it with all our power,” he said.
“We believe that we will emerge victorious from any war with the Zionist regime,” he stressed.
Asked whether he predicts a war between Hezbollah and the Israeli regime, he said it depends on the developments in the Gaza Strip and Israel’s intention.
“While there is a possibility of escalation and further complication of the situation, we cannot say for sure that this (a war with Israel) will happen).”
