Students’ Quran, Etrat Nat’l Festival Wraps up
The 29th edition of the Quran and Etrat Competition for University Students in Iran came to conclusion on Friday.
The central city of Isfahan hosted the two-day national Quranic festival which featured competitions in different fields such as Quran recitation, memorization and Adhan.
Winners of the competition’s categories were awarded at the closing ceremony on Friday morning.
A number of parliament members as well as university officials and academics were present at the ceremony.
More than 400 university students from different provinces of the country took part in the national Quranic event, which was hosted by Isfahan Payame Noor University.
The festival also included an exhibition featuring the Quranic activities and accomplishments of the country’s university students.
