Czech Envoy Visits Astan of Hazrat Abbas (AS) in Karbala
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The ambassador of the Czech Republic to Iraq paid a visit to the Astan (custodianship) of Hazrat Abbas (AS) holy shrine in Karbala.
Petr Stepanek met with the officials of the Astan during the visit, Al-Kafeel website reported.
He learned about services provided to pilgrims, the Astan’s cultural activities and the public work projects in Karbala.
Stepanek also toured the museum of the Astan, its public relations office and al-Kafeel specialized hospital which is affiliated to the Astan.
He praised the works and projects being implemented by the Astan of Hazrat Abbas (AS).
A delegation accompanied the Czech ambassador during the trip to the holy city.
